Collier Creative was tasked with refreshing Contract Resources’ Corporate and Employee Value Propositions (CVP & EVP), coupled with a compelling, refreshed visual identity and a newly designed and built website. Contract Resources aimed to align its brand to the major opportunities that lie ahead as the business transitions to sustainable and environmentally responsible operating practices.

With Contract Resources’ evolving business dynamics, the strategic positioning needed to be tailored to not only reflect these changes but also to fortify their recruitment endeavours. The main objective was to attract a greater pool of qualified candidates and entice them to apply for diverse roles throughout the organisation.

The central idea behind the rebranding was to showcase Contract Resources as a team of dedicated problem-solvers committed to keeping industries performing efficiently.


Throughout the brand review process, Contract Resources was committed to engaging one of its key stakeholder audiences – its employees, both current and future.

By involving employees in the brand review process, the company sought to ensure that its refreshed website and content resonated with them and helped to retain and attract the best talent in the industry.

A new library of captivating photography and a dynamic PowerPoint ‘brand toolkit’ were meticulously crafted to ensure ease-of-use and consistency across the organisation. Additionally, Collier Creative produced compelling video, engaging social assets, and impactful new conference signage, leaving no stone unturned in revamping the brand’s visual identity.

The end result was a thoroughly refreshed brand that masterfully communicated Contract Resources’ core values and strategic direction.
