The GPT Group, one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups, was preparing to launch a new brand proposition and visual identity, and needed a partner to bring it convincingly to life. Collier Creative was engaged to ignite their new tagline, ‘Experience First,’ and establish a cohesive corporate-facing identity across every investor touchpoint.

The challenge was translating a bold proposition into a consistent system that could scale across a diverse communications suite. We worked to audit and collaborate on an investor communication strategy that aligned brand and comms back to GPT’s evolved positioning – ensuring every message reinforced the same story. From there, our program extended into a competitive audit, an internal documentation review, and the development of two distinct design treatments – demonstrating how the brand could come to life in context and shaping the foundation of GPT’s corporate brand guidelines.

Creative Vision
The new identity needed to feel as considered as GPT's portfolio while projecting the warmth and ambition of 'Experience First.' The selected treatment now directs GPT's investor communications, establishing a visual authority grounded in clarity, craft and consistency.

With the investor brand in place, we reimagined GPT's Sustainability communications, transforming a dense annual report into an always-on digital hub that engages stakeholders across the full twelve-month cycle. Built in WordPress on a fully customisable stack, the platform is engineered for ongoing content development and modular expansion, allowing GPT to evolve the experience without rebuilding the core. Real-time data, live results and rich linking to compliance documentation shift sustainability from static disclosure to ongoing conversation. Internally, the hub operates as a centralised source of truth - streamlining policy management, document access and survey workflows for GPT teams.
Impact
The program delivered a unified market presence and renewed internal optimism, empowering employees to truly understand and champion what the company stands for. The Sustainability hub in particular has redefined how GPT communicates its ESG story. Together with the refreshed investor identity, the work has solidified GPT Group's position as a leader in Australian property, one that embraces the importance of brand in a changing landscape, where every interaction reinforces the promise of 'Experience First.'
